- Why we need 50% advance?
- We take at least 50% in advance for urgent orders.
- If your ordered amount is more than 10,000 or your address isn't complete (missing street number house number area etc) we will take 50% in advance to proceed the order.
- For Hyderabad and Peshawar, Multan, Azad Kashmir, Kasur orders we also take 50% advance payment in order to proceed order.
- For party wear Outfit we will take 50% advance payment
- Customer will be liable to pay Full payment for customize order. There will be additional charges of any addition in style like Sleeves, Length etc. Additional Charges will be vary changes to changes.
- We don't offer return and exchange for customize orders.
- If we dispatch your order on COD(cash on delivery) and due to any reason we get the order back. We will not take any future orders on COD but on Advance payment.
- For XL, kid girls or Plus size customer need to pay 50% advance.
For customized order we charge 30% advance (Note customized article cant be return and exchange).

Delivery Policy

- Once customer place order he/she will get an email containing all orders details further we do confirms orders on whatsapp numbers +92 321 5233335 in case customer don't reply to confirmation text Fasciners have all rights to cancel order. After the confirmation of your order, we will process your order.
- In case the product is not delivered within the mentioned time period, the customers are requested to contact at whatsapp +92 321 5233335 along order number.
- Please note that the orders only ship on business days i.e. from Monday-Friday.
If you need any special order or you need to know the Delivery Fees outside Pakistan you can contact us via email at support@fasciners.com or call us at +92 321 5233335 and we will let you know the delivery cost to your location.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Courier company will try to contact you via the telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact the courier the company will return the parcel to Fasciners and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery.
