At Fasciners, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on all items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • Not a sale or discounted item

How to Request an Exchange

Message us on Instagram @thefasciners or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Return Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Exchange shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange
